After all, while the shades will go undamaged by the extremes of temperature, heavy snow could cause problems – as it can with any structure. Furthermore, the shades are there to protect you against the sun so their primary use isn’t a requirement in the winter months.

However, many establishments are forced to leave their sails up over winter because they either lack the technical understanding to take them down and store them safely or they simply don’t have anywhere to put them.

Sun Safe Shades can help. We will send an expert team to dismantle your shades and transport them back to our warehousing facility, where they will be safely stored until you need them. In Spring, or earlier if required, we will return them to your site and erect them once more, ready to provide protection between you and the sun again.
